RECOMMEND 
A FRIEND

When you become a Golf Groove member you can recommend membership to a friend. Once your friend has signed up, the both of you will receive an extra 1 hour bay each for the following three months. Once your friend has become a member simply email both yours and your friends name to us and we will add your extra hour to your account.

We’ve tried to provide as much information on membership as possible but we know that there will still be questions. If you can’t find the answer to your query in the FAQs below, contact the team who will be more than happy to assist and answer any questions that you have.

FAQ

  • HOW DO I MANAGE MY GOLF BAY BOOKINGS?
    Simply log into the membership portal using your email and registered password. Once you are in your account click on your icon (first letter of your name in the top right), and follow individual membership tab. Here you will be able to book through the individual member booking widget.
  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY 25% OFF FOOD?
    When you're playing in one of the bays, order food from the bar to enjoy your 25% off.
  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO WHEN BECOMING A MEMBER?
    Membership is a monthly contract, payment will be taken each month on the date you signed up. If you would like to cancel your membership, please let us know the month previous.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL ONE OF MY BOOKINGS?
    You would have received a booking confirmation email from us confirming the time and date of each booking. To change or cancel your booking go to this email and click the relevant link. If you are struggling to find that email give the team a call.
  • HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY BOOKINGS I’VE MADE EACH MONTH?
    The number of peak and off peak hours relate to the number of sessions that you play during each calendar month. We encourage you to keep track of this via your booking confirmation emails but if you would like to know the exact number of hours you’ve booked in any one month just call the team and they will let you know. If you are over your allocated amount of hours for a given month you should use the alternative booking link to make new bookings at the discounted rates.
  • HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
    Through the membership tab found on the top bar of the website. Have your email address and password ready to go.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
    You can cancel your membership through the online portal on this page but remember as soon as you cancel you will lose all the benefits included in your membership.
  • WHEN ARE PEAK AND OFF-PEAK TIMES?
    Off- peak times are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday all day. Thursday & Friday before 4pm and Saturday before 12pm.
  • WHEN DO I PAY AND HOW ARE MY BENEFITS ALLOCATED PER MONTH?
    Your membership will be paid via monthly subscription with payment being take on the same day each month, the date that you first joined. Your membership allocation is managed by calendar month based on when the date the booking is used, not the date that the booking is made. If you join mid-month your benefits will be allocated pro-rata for that month.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLAY WITH ANOTHER GOLF GROOVE MEMBER
    If you wish to play with another member, you can choose to either use one of your allotted monthly bookings or pay the £10 guest fee.
